THE BRIEF

Greenstone, a forward-thinking property development company based in Spokane, reached out to Houdini to assist with the design and development of an interactive kiosk experience for their design center, as well as a marketing website for their North of Liberty Lake community in Liberty Lake, WA.

Starting with our in-depth discovery phase, we created a new design aesthetic for both the kiosk and the website to bring the artistic and fresh identity of the community to life in the digital realm. The interactive kiosk provided a platform for potential buyers to explore not just the community in NoLL, but across all the Greenstone Homes communities. 

The kiosk was so effective as a sales enablement tool that the experience was ported to an iPad format for representatives to do tours through model homes, and present the virtual design system in real time for potential buyers.
