Welcome to the Houdini Team!
Here are a few programs we use to help get you started.
Slack App
Slack is our internal communication tool. We also use it to keep open communication with some of our larger clients. Download the app on your work computer and phone to keep solid communication with our teams. We will need to invite your email to our workspace.
Asana App
Asana is a work management tool we use for all of our projects. It helps us stay focused on project details, goals, timelines, and daily tasks, so that nothing falls through the cracks. Download the App on your phone and use the web application to stay on top of your tasks. We will invite you to the workspace.
G-Suite Shared Drives
We keep all of our files on G-Suite shared drives. For full cloud access to the Houdini drive, download the Drive File Stream desktop app. We will invite you to the Houdini G-Suite with your new Houdini email so you can setup your account.
Clockify App
Clockify is our time tracking app. We log all of our project and internal time through Clockify. You can download the desktop app and mobile app and we will invite you to the workspace through your Houdini email. There is also a Chrome extension for the app.

We’ll help you get all set up in the Houdini system. Our systems are crucial in helping the company run as smoothly as possible. Our internal team email is [email protected]. Use it to message the whole crew.
